Ondoore Pvt LTD - Issues related to refund in wallet

This is the second time I am facing the same issue, things which are not available with them why they showcase on the app. They take money for all the items and give us incomplete orders . After that refund money in wallet.. If again I want to order something it has to be above *** because below that they charge ** as shipping charges . I don't want my refunded money in my wallet . Want to ban ondoor from my phone... They also not accept my wallet money when I directly go to the store... Am I fool here to pay your shipping charges everytime... Everytime it is not possible for me to order above ***... It's not my fault that you don't have that product available with you . I don't want my money to just stuck in some wallet because of your irresponsible behaviour...
