Haier - Issues in the refrigerator

We took a refrigerator from the Naming Ideal Showroom in Thiruvananthapuram last month on **th of the Financial System. It started working * hours later at home. No cooling. The next day we filed a complaint at the Ideal Showroom but no result then we filed a complaint with the Haier company and said it would give us a new refrigerator. We do not get the fridge anymore. We appeal for justice.
