Samsung India Ltd - Issues in mobile handset were not solved at service centre during warranty period

During use of samsung mobile (model no-- SM-M***FZBGINS), it was getting heated and switched off sometimes. Issues observed by user during warranty period. When shown to customer service centre, they only updated the software and said that, it is ok now. But within a week it gives same problem. So again went to the service centre, and this time they detected that mother board of handset is failured and need to replace which will cost Rs. **** to customer due to that time handset warranty is over by * days only.
Now our qustion to them was, if the issues occured after software update at service centre during warranty period, why should customer pay money for repaires. But service centre denies to consider it under warranty and rigid on payable repairs.
So I enquire with my friends and mobile experts, as per them these perticular handsets are having issues of automatic restart issues. Then I filed a complaint for total replacement or refund as this causes to much irritation and loss of our kids online education too.
After filing complaint at service centre, got no any reply from Samsung. When we contacted Samsung, the answer was same that your complaint is closed and you have to pay money for the mobile repaires.
As we dont want to get it repaired we again registered the complaint and demanded for mobile replace or refund.
With multiple followups only by us with samsung customer care, nobody attended us well. Everytime I have to repeat the whole history to the telecaller executives and get promise of next course of action.
After too many followups and communications with samsung upto * months, they are ready to repair mobile with **% discount which we are not accepting as we require new handset or ***% refund + recovery for loss of our kids online school education + recovery for mental harrashment of the customer.
