Sansui Led Tv - Issue with the service person

I Jayasri.P purchased Sansui ** "TV through online in ****.My tv was not working.I booked a call from service centre which was mentioned that visiting charges Rs*** +Gst n the Bill will be issued on**-**-****.The technician visted on **-**-****, just put the TV switch ON and told its back light complaint.Company will provide only panel it costs around **K.And gave me the other option they privately do that service it costs around *K n collected money rs*** via phonepe without giving any bill. And then he didn't even gave a follow up regarding that.I called him regularly n he told his sir told him to do for *.*K n I requested for *K.He told he will ask his sir and say.I received a call and he said my sir is saying to get the service from any other person.Gave continuous follow up and finally I agreed for *.*K at last the answer is my sir is busy u go that product repaired with someone else.
I recorded the last call which I talked to the technician.
N the above details whatever mentioned above I forwarded a e-mail to the sansui department.They are saying it's visiting charges will not be refunded.How can I pay without giving any service.
