Miniso HSR layout - Issue with the product double wall tumbler

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the product gradient colour double wall tumbler -*** ml. I have recently brought this product from the miniso store located at HSR layout Bangalore
before getting my hands on this product I spoke to the stores person and asked them about the durability of the product and the amount of time it can keep the water warm/ hot and they claimed that it can hold upto * hrs and when I have tried and tested it failed (the water was not even hot for ** mins ) and during the billing time I have mentioned the person of the product fails to hold the water for long period of time I would like to return it and at that time they agreed with term and conditions mentioned in the store with a ** days policy.

When I have taken the product to the store to return it as it didn’t fully the needy that was claimed they denied to take the product and refund me the amount.

I request you to provide me a refund for the same as ur product didn’t serve my purpose.

This sort of a behaviour is totally not expected from your company. Requesting you to kindly see through this matter.
