Flipcart - Issue with the new phone return replace

I have placed an order of mobile phone (Honor *N) which as *GB of Ram and ** GB of memory but when I received this phone is slow in terms of unlocking through face recognization. when I am moving one screen to another screen then it's taking bit time and I've not yet downloaded a single application. I was thinking if I will download any application then what would be the performance of this phone hence I didn't like and raised a complaint about return and replacement.

If I've paid my hard money then I should get a good product if your product is not good then I can either get my money back or credit note so that I can purchase some other phone.

Flipkart guys called me and explaining do this and that and it will get resolved. I followed some steps but I got fade up and asked for a replacement but they denied to return/replace this phone.

I've given my hard earned money to get a brand new phone but this phone has issue and flipkat is asking me to do some troubleshooting and this will be fixed. In that case I can also ask refund me half money as I received bad product and I did trouble shooting by myself.

Please help me to get my money back from this cheater Flipkart.
