I have orders poco M* pro on **th August of **** , it has been strucking since * months and * days back automatically rebooted so that's why we wanted to claim the warranty and we want to get refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
