Every month I pay bill of Rs *** towards the internet services provided by Netplus but during the month the internet does not work for **-** days. Everytime we register a complaint to the customer care they just ask us to reset the modem and even the engineer who visited long time back said the same thing and resolved the issue over a phone call instead of having a look at the modem. Yesterday I raised a complaint for the same purpose (Internet not working) and they raised a ticket saying an engineer will visit within * to * hours. I never got a call from the Engineer or any representative of Netplus company. Today I again called the customer care and I asked them to change the modem and they said you will be charged Rs *** for the same. I argued that the modem has been provided by you and if it has some problem you should fix it at your own end and not charge us for the same. To my surprise they closed the ticket saying the issue was resolved. This has been going on for * to * months now and I am just fed up of being harassed and registering complaint for the same thing time and again. I need a permanent solution. I am attaching the proof of mails I got from them everytime a registered a complaint. I am complaining every month since March ****. My billing ID is ********** and you can check all the complaints I have filed since March. I am unable to attach multiple screenshots. Please help.
