Ayush filed complaint against Meesho on May 30, 2024
I ordered a t-shirt from Meesho, which I received on May **th. Due to a fitting issue, I requested a return. On May **st, your delivery partner came to pick up the t-shirt after I provided the OTP.
I asked the delivery agent for a receipt, but he mentioned that I would receive a return pickup message shortly, attributing any delay to a potential network issue. However, the status in the Meesho app still shows "Return Initiated."
I contacted the same agent today, and he confirmed that he picked up the t-shirt and updated the status in the app. Despite this, the app has not been updated. He suggested that I reach out to customer care for further assistance. But customer support is not helping me in this.
