Reliance Digital and Panasonic - Issue with refrigerator which is under warranty and no proper solution is provided

# Issue with Panasonic refrigerator when it came to home it was dead and technician came he replaced relay of different brand and it started cooling. After sudden we found that it was doing over cooling because of that it is utilizing high power which leads to high electricity bill and vegetables are converting to ice, lodged complaint on **-**-**** and they have replaced Sensor on **-**-**** they are not taking necessary actions and asked them for replacement of product they are wasting my time for replacing parts. This leads to waste of warranty and my product. I want necessary actions to be taken on behalf of reliance digital.
