Hi
I have let my property to Realtymonk for an agreed rent of ₹ xxxx. They have sublet the property on lease for a period of * years which is beyond the timeline as mentioned in my agreement.
I have not received the rent for last * months . The tenants have issued notice to Realtymonk * months ago and have not heard back from them.
What are my rights as landlord ? Can I ask them to vacate as realty monk has defaulted on rent
