Dev Packers & Movers - Issue with package and movers

I had booked *** but eventually they had sent *** which is unacceptable, I had booked AC uninstall and installation by paying extra money, however these packers and movers them selves uninstalled the AC before technicians arrived at the location, hence damaged the AC for which I need to pay additional money if I have to install it, so I had to cancel the installation and also money was not refunded. Also there is no response from Insurance people from past four days. This is turning out to be a worst packing and movement a customer could face. If at all I don't get the money which I ended up paying, I need justice.
