Dear Team,
I'm Vishal Srivastava I bought a mobile with EMI (vivo y**). From store by Mr. Umesh who belongs to home credit. My total product price is ***** (***** mobile price + **** insurance). My loan pass with *****. According to my loan amount , installment should be **** rupees but by storekeeper made my installment rupee ****.
There is no interest should be put on my plan because when I have purchased that time they told you will get mobile from *% EMI. But now I'm facing problem as I told my total product price is ***** but by storekeeper they made my installment of **** for * months and I have already paid **** as a down payment. So it cost going to ***** above. When I told to storekeeper so he is also confused.
Please make it correct my installment asap.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
