Hero Electric motors - Issue with Hero Electric motor

I bought an electric vehicle from one of your dealers/distributors in my hometown, and they have closed the showroom in quite a few months. I am taking my vehicle for service, traveling ** km up and down in no jeans and option. Now two and half months ago, my vehicle started having trouble and now it's not working for the past *.* months so I checked with the service centre and they said they will send a technician. It's already been more than * months and still, they haven't sent any technician. If I want to reach them via call, I need to call them ** to ** times a day and they will pick up the call and say they will send a technician soon. Completely frustrated with it. Buying a vehicle and not using it because of the malfunction is a big agony and frustrating. Friends Motors Villupuram is the dealer's name.
