Reliance Health Insurance Limited - Issue with Health Insirance renewal

My health insurance is old and have around ** years. Last year ****, i ported my insurance to Reliance from HDFC Ergo, I paid * year premium, but they mention my wife Date Of Birth wrong. In place of **th March ****, they mentioned as **th March ****. I noticed it and i requested the for change, They asked me her ID proof and they sent me a amendment copy mentioned as <<As per request correct *th insured DOB is **/**/****>>. In a call they told me that in original insurance bond, it will be reflected from next year after next renewal. In my Original Insurance MEMBER * is showing my wife name, so i though all are correct.

This month **th i tried to renew my insurance but showing failed, i contacted their sales department by customer care phone call, they told in Policy my wife DOB showing as **th march **** (means its not changed in their record) and my daughter Date of birth showing as **th March **** (Means before my wife born, my daughter born) so its not accepting payment, they told me to contact their service department. I sent their service department several times by call, whatsapp chat, by mails. Even i send them my wife, my daughter's ID proofs, again and again they ask me for ID proofs, but finally till today issue is not resolved.
Finally yesterday i kept a final mail and CC to complaints@irdai.gov.in, and today called their customer care * times, they simply say sorry and they need another * days more. But today my policy is going to lapse.

Now my issue is this policy is going to lapse even i want to make payment, no porting option due to wrong entry in reliance and ** years of seniority will be lost. So i want to escallate it to the Honorable court.
