FYI please I have purchased flat in Mahagun Modrene, Sector **, Noida in ****. Builder requested to pay the stamp duty charges plus advocate fees for the registry before possession in **** and I have paid the same. The builder is delaying the registry of the house and always keeps saying it will be done next week, next month etc and says it's waiting at the Noida Authority.
