Airtel Payments Bank - ISSUE with electricity bill Transaction Ids which were not reflected in Airtel Payments Bank
Karthik filed complaint against Airtel Payments Bank on May 15, 2021
Dear Teams,
On the **th of April, I made an electricity bill through Airtel application (Airtel Payments Bank) of Rs. *** and Rs.*** for the Transaction ID: ************* & ************* respectively using my Axis bank credit card via the contact: ********** and also received a confirmation message on the same, Airtel is saying these transaction ID does not exist in their database but in my app it is showing the same please find reference screenshot details from the app. But the electricity department commented saying they haven't received any amount from airtel payments bank. When we contacted Axis bank regarding this, the bank confirmed money was successfully credited to airtel account and they gave us merchant ID details to check the status of the transaction.

Please find above mentioned details and help in where money got credited, and the airtel payments bank team says these transactions are not in their system database but when i checked in the transactions list of airtel applications its clearly visible.
I am attaching a transaction screenshot which happened through the Airtel app and also attaching the axis bank transaction screenshot list from Airtel **th to till date, where it shows money got credited to the AIRTEL account (highlighted in yellow).
THERE IS NO CLEAR RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE. KINDLY HELP US IN THIS ISSUE.
We don't know where the money was actually credited to, we have been following up with this issue for the past ** days and still there is no response from the airtel department.

Airtel Payments Bank – SMS charges are cut automatically without any information and the company doesn t recieve callsClosed
They cut SMS charges of **.** almost every month and I am not even aware for what reason this is happening. Company doesn't even recieve calls. I am a student and how are they supposed to cut money automatically.
