Maruti - Issue with car service at Maruti Suzuki service center

Hi team

We had booked a car service on *th April ****, where insurance needs to be considered for few items and apart from that we had given for general service . It’s been almost ** days we are not getting timely updates , no body is bothered to call and update once we get a call and then people forget
Are we getting out car back? We have almost spend so much using cab since the car is at service center
Neither we are getting the proper ETA not the charges etc are shared properly

It is not at all expected from Nexa service center
We are still using Maruti after purchasing car for almost * and half years now and paying service as we had a trust being Maruti a brand

But the behaviour and treatment we have received I am sorry to say but this will be the last time we are giving our car for service

And also by the same behaviour you will just loose your customers .

We understand our car is not a big car but we are giving business to you , I have no where seen people treating customer this way

Who will be responsible for the money we have spend in cabs daily to travel and still we are getting any update when we will get our cab back
We are not even sure about anything


Can someone please track this on priority if you still feel that we being a customer is treated this way at Maruti the India’s renounced brand for merely a car service .
