This is shiv kumar choudhary. My complaint is , I have added ***** rs in Big bazaar profit club membership and big bazaar promised me that every month **** rs will be added in profit club card till ** months. They added money but due to the pandemic, I was shifted to my hometown and we are coming back Apr-****. Now big bazaar stores are closed and they are not responding to mail as well as calls. I want to refund my balanced amount. Could you please help me with this.
