Airtel DTH - Issue with Airtel DTH Service

There are no cable connections for the past four days -*st Feb to *th Feb -(whereas we have opted for long duration pack which has validity till Mar & June **** for respective connections). Though Airtel promised that there will be no disruption in service during the changeover period, there was complete disruption from *st Feb to *th Feb.
Worst part - their call centre is completely ineffective - I called at least ** times in their helpline which no one picks up. I could get connected only twice, and both time I got a different commitment (which obviously was not kept)
I posted on their facebook page - but only blank promises, no solution to the problem. After a couple of interaction, they stopped responding to this also.
I sent mail to their nodal agency, but no response from there either.
I was happy to see the connection back on *th but it was short lived. On *th my account validity was shown until *nd Jun (monthly burn rate - *** Rs.). Next day (on *th Feb) account validity got reduced to *nd Mar (daily burn rate became Rs ****)?? Even worse, I have two connections, for the same package, they are showing a monthly rate of Rs.**** and for the other, it is showing Rs ***. Whereas the package that I have chosen online are in the range of Rs *** per month. (I have attached the screenshot from Airtel site).
When I drop them a mail in this regard, as usual, there is no response.
I am feeling totally helpless and cheated. There is absolutely no intention from Airtel to solve the problem or even communicate to explain.
