Mpocket - Issue regarding mpocket loan repayment

I took loan from mpocket and due to the lockdown..i cant pay the amount in time ..so i requested them to decrease the penalty ,, they declined my request ..
They are doing continous calls and they called my friend aslo..doing torture ans making mental harrasement ..but now also im ready to pay the amount ..i took **k from mpcocket and now im ready to pay ..**k or **k..with interest..sonkindly help me regarding this issue ..they are harrasingt that they may call to my parents and my friends .
