मैंने jbl pulse* खरीदा है जो कि उसमें प्रॉब्लम आ गया है और warrenty में है फिर मैंने box को jbl के service सेंटर भेजा लेकिन जब वहां से box मेरे को मिला तो उसमें repairing के time स्क्रेचेस आये हैं मैने जब भेजा था new ही था लेकिन वहां से आया तब स्क्रेचेस है उसमें मैंने jbl costmar care में कॉल करके कई बार information दिया लेकिन वो लोग मेरी प्रॉब्लम अनसुना करते गए कई mails भेजे मैंने जिसमें प्रॉब्लम type करके और jbl speeker के images भी भेजे वो लोग आपको * * दिन में कॉल आएगा करके घूमा देते हैं बात को ऐसी करते करते * महीने हो रहे हैं और मेरा बॉक्स अभी तक सही तरीके से repair भी नहीं हुआ हैं अब मुझे दरख्वास्त है कि मुझे new box दिलाया जाए या फिर मेरा पैसा return कराया जाए।
