Mohammed Abdul filed complaint against Intex Led Tv on May 16, 2019
I regret to inform you that I have bought an Intex Television Model No: LED-****FHD of **' Inches Full HD LED worth Rupees *****/- in August **** from Metro Cash & Carry, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Since day one the remote has not been working and when filed a complaint they are not ready to exchange or repair the remote. Apart from that the picture tube of the TV has completely gone and I have been calling the Intex customer care but unable to connect.
Finally, I was able to connect and spoke to a customer care executive who was very unprofessional and the area manager gave a false commitment that they will send the engineer to my home and the issue will be resolved soon. It's already more than ** days now and there is no response from the company though my TV is under warranty.
I would appreciate if you could get the fault repaired and the remote control replaced with a new one. I look forward to your reply and will wait until the end of this month for you to take action. In case no action is taken I will have to seek help from a consumer protection agency. Please contact me either at the email address mentioned above or on my mobile number. We paid **,***/- for the TV and just for a *** rupees screen guard the engineers are unable to resolve the issue. We are really disappointed by the worst service of Intex and would recommend nobody should buy Intex products as they fail to provide basic maintenance. Worst brand in India very poor customer service by the area manager and staff.
