MARQ BY FLIPKART AC - Issue not resolved

Marq AC bought on ** May **** (order id: OD******************; Neelam Pahariya; **********) and it was under warranty of * year and it's compressor warranty was for * years. On **th June **** ac stopped working and I've registered a complaint with Marq on ** June **** with case id: *F**-*****JNSCON******* (Complainant mobile: **********, Paras) Technician visited on ** July **** and told that it's compressor is defective and will be replaced as soon as they get. After continue complaint and calls to company on **th July **** I came to know that compressor is out of stock and company will replace the product and asked me to update the address which I've done by sending them the mail and also on call. Since then they are saying to wait for **-** hours.
