United India Insurance Company - Issue in the reimbursement

This is regarding the Health claim from United Health India Insurance company. After submitting the relevant document to the insurance company, I am still waiting for the reimbursement and this process has taken almost * months.
We called in their office and as per them, they are saying we have forwarded your request to the concerned department and waiting for their response.
