https www com - Issue In Phone I buyed Online Website

This products hangs and Freezing multiple times a day. The day i recieved this phone (Lenovo K* note) It is giving the same issue, as it is random problem, So it do not coming always, but when technician came they asking to show the problem, I apply almost *th time, this time I also show all the video regaridng the problem to the technician. But still there is no reply the from *gud and they cancel my return request *th time as well. I been harrassed from last the week the day I am using this phone. The phone hangs, So i am using my sim other phone, and if I use other phone the its impossible to show the problem in the Phone is buyed. *gud mess my time as well as my mind, they just making me crazy the way there are dealing with me.

I am really very harrassed now, today is **th November they webiste is showing this as last returm day, but there is no option coming for return.

Please help me out.
