Breach of Contract and Non-Delivery of Committed Items: Several items that were clearly discussed and agreed upon during the design phase were either delivered incorrectly or not at all. For instance, the door handles installed were different from those agreed upon, the design of the kitchen glass units was altered without notification, and the chimney cover dimensions were not adhered to as per the provided specifications. Despite repeated requests for supporting documentation, the interior team has failed to provide any MOMs (minutes of meetings) or written correspondence that justify these changes. Unauthorized made changes without client information and mashed up with existing fitting. There is no finishing provided by vendor. Failure to Honor Deadlines and Unjustified Delays: The project has been subjected to unacceptable delays, Multiple deadlines have been missed, and the client has suffered severe disruption to both personal and professional life as a result of this prolonged delay. This constitutes a clear breach of the agreement and has caused the client significant harm.

Emotional Distress and Mental Harassment: The ongoing delays, miscommunications, and substandard work have caused the client significant emotional distress. The client has experienced frustration, anxiety, and sleepless nights, all of which have had a detrimental impact on their mental well-being. The client has expressed this clearly in multiple correspondences, yet there has been no adequate response or resolution from the company. Had to travel ** KM perday because of the slowness of work.

Misrepresentation and Fraudulent Claims: APBH has consistently made false claims regarding the scope of work and additional charges. For example, the GTPT tray was never agreed to be excluded from the kitchen design, and yet the interior team is now attempting to charge additional fees for its inclusion. There is no evidence to support this claim, and no documentation has been provided to justify the omission. These actions amount to fraudulent misrepresentation.

Defective and Poor-Quality Deliveries: Items delivered, such as the wardrob and various kitchen units, have been found to be defective or not as per the agreed-upon specifications. These defects, combined with the misrepresentation of the delivered products, demonstrate a failure to meet the contractual obligation of providing high-quality, agreed-upon materials.
