upyoga - Issue about Returns and Refund

Dear Upyoga Team,
I am writing this email to formally request the immediate processing of my return and refund for Order #Y******, originally placed on **th October ****.
I am forced to escalate this matter, as my repeated attempts over the last one month have not resulted in any resolution.
Summary of Issues
Severely Delayed Delivery:
The order placed on **th October was delivered only on **th November, with no proactive communication or update from your side.
Return Request Ignored for One Month:
I raised a return request on **th November, but I have not received any consistent response despite multiple follow-ups. I have had to chase repeatedly for even basic acknowledgement.
Substandard Product Quality:
The products delivered are not usable and are far below the quality standards your website indicates, which is why I am requesting a return.
Free Returns Policy Not Honoured:
Your website clearly advertises a "Free Return Policy." However, my return request has been delayed, resisted, and mishandled.
Inconsistent and Unprofessional Commitments:
On **th November, your team informed me that **% would be deducted during refund. All trailing emails are there in the email thread
Today, after the pickup was not arranged as promised, I am now being told that you cannot issue a refund and will only provide store credit.
I do not trust the brand at this point, and store credit is not an acceptable resolution.
My Formal Request
I request the following within ** hours of receiving this email:
✔ Arrange the pickup immediately, as the delay so far has been entirely from your end.
✔ Process a full refund to my original payment method as per your published return policy.
✔ Share confirmation in writing with timelines.
If this is not done within ** hours, I will be proceeding with a formal complaint to the consumer forum (already marked in CC), along with submitting all documented evidence of:
delayed delivery,
unresponsive support,
contradictory commitments,
failure to honour return policy.
I hope this matter can be resolved amicably and immediately.
