NETPLUS Broadband Services Pvt Ltd - ISP not providing satisfactory service

I want to highlight that Netplus has been providing very poor quality service. I am residing in Nangal Area. And has been continuously complaining about the quality of Internet service Netplus has been providing.

I am working from home, and due to company's ill service I had to face frequent disconnections, bad speeds.

I first subscribed to the *** plan, it was very poor, I then tried the *** plan but it did not work either then I subscribed to the *** plan. which is also equally sluggish, the real problem lies with frequent disconnection and speed at times coming lower than half of the speeds promised.
