Hindustan Unilever - Irritated customer of Hindustan unilever water purifier

I have purchased Hindustan unilever water purifier * years back and every * to * months once I used to change the filter based on indication from the machine, but all of sudden last *th April ****, there was a huge water leak george bottom of the machine and hence i have registered a complaint through Call center on *th April ****... The local Chennai service center called me after * days saying that they will visit on that day and the visited and confirmed that pump has to be replaced with cost of **** +INR...but Till today no one has replaced the pump and meantime I have called more than * times to call center and had concall with regional sales manager Mr. Vijay of Hindustan along with service center technician...With the current situation of Chennai hot summer I'm struggling a lot without water and buying water locally...But Hindustan claims that they will resolve the customer issues within ** to ** hours...But no use of their commitments...If my issues is not resolved today with free of cost material then i may have to go for a cusumer forum...Pls respond immediately...
