Acesss 125 - Irrespossible to take a old model of 2016

I called and requested to take my vehicle due to break down to Kongu Suzuki showroom , Kangayam, Tirupur Dist. But they told that only we can take from your place new model vehicle not old model vehicle of ****.. I can not leave vehicle in show room due to starting trouble..
I explained the situation to bring the vehicle..
But they didn't response to bring the vehicle to showroom on *.*.****
