Jai guru motor training school - Irresponsible behaviour of JOY GURU MOTOR TRAINING SCHOOL

This school is situated in Kalyni and being a member of Kalyani I applied for my DL through this by paying Rs ****. They have intially started cheating by providing less training . They has ** mint training for each candidate but most of the time they have only allowed maximum of ** to ** mint of training In each session. They have not completed the entire course even and booked the trial date without intimating me where as I have informed them upfront to inform me upper hand as I might travel to Bangalore for my work and meetings. They have intentionally manipulated the training time and booked the date without concern or any intimation . When I tried asking the clarification Mr. Sanjay Thapa started abusing and using unperlamentory words over the call and threatened saying he will block my DL. He said being a motor training school owner he will make sure to target me to not to get my DL on time as I asked the clarification and opposed his disrespectful behaviour. I am utterly disappointed and faced too much of harrasment just to get my simple DL done by paying a decent amount. Kalyani people should be aware of this and should stay away from this kind of fraud. Last Conversation date with Sanjay Thapa was **.**.**** when I finally decided to escalate as it was more than the limit now.
