Sakra Hospitals - Irresponsible behaviour of hospital staff

My father was advised lumbar puncture for ruling out Meningitis which anyway seemed a very remote possibility as he had almost none of the symptoms. The hospital staff poked him on his spine ** times before they managed to get the necessary fluid out. Do human bodies have no value that you treat it like a log of wood? That too in such a sensitive area crucial to all vertebrates? He obviously didn’t have Meningitis but his suffering from deep spine injury which is not healing more so considering his age. Don’t doctors know that the healing capacity reduces drastically with age and can’t they adopt much needed discretion and care when advising invasive tests? Such callousness is unacceptable and can’t be allowed to continue.
