Franch Express - Irresponsible and unresponsive team

I was told my package will be delivered today, but no updates even by End of day.
I called multiple numbers but did not get a status update.
This is super frustrating and I don't mind visiting a consumer court for the frustration suffered.
We will have our further commitments and plans based on when we receive certain package but the company doesn't seem to care.
