Ordered * Sarees under * prepaid order on **/**/**.
First partial order got delivered on **/**/**. On enquiry what happened to the *nd partial order, they mentioned it has gone for blouse stitching. They mentioned that had it not been for blouse stitching, they could had delivered it at the same time.
They would not answer any calls or reply even to messages sent. Finally on */**/**, they responded to our calls and were very abusive and telling us (educated people) to be patient and as the blouse has gone for stitching. (Does it take over ** day to get a blouse stitched?) When we mentioned that we shall be putting these observation on social media, they abusively responded that they are NOT SCARED of anything and that we can take them to Consumer Court. We asked them to cancel the order and sought refund.
No news until */**/** with regular follow-ups. *nd partial order got over delayed. It was only after we sought refund, we got info late night on **/**/** of despatch (Courier AWB info sent) only after persistent follow-up of the despatch.
They used Tirupati Couriers, who are themselves not very efficient. Tracking could not be made until over ** hours.
Received the *nd partial order on **/**/** which was incomplete. Blouse came unstitched. Blouse material totally different to what was published and of very low (cheap) quality. We are now trying to return the material but they have consistently remained silent and not responding to our mail.
Glamwiz needs to be taken to task for their inconsistency, misinformation and their staff ill-mannerism in dealing with their clients.
