RKSV securities - Irrelevant sms and emails regarding closed trading account

My upstox trading account is closed according to my request, customer helpline said it is closed and I got confirmation rmail regarding the closure of my account. But still, I am getting sms and emails regarding funds and securities balance from BSE. I closed my account and I want these sms and emails to be stopped permanently and the I think the account is not permanently disabled and closed. I want it to be closed permanently and sms and emails should be stopped immediately. RKSV securities is not trustworthy at all.
