Shivam filed complaint against Icici Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited on Jun 27, 2026
Company has charged unwanted penalty on the premium.
Premium payment date is **th of every month and i paid the amount manually before the due date and now when i am asking them for the refund , they are saying your auto debit is ON thats why they are charging me.
But if they have sent me the acknowledgement reciept for that manual payment it means they have got the amount.
Please help me to get the refund.
