I was charged **** rupees as an electricity bill. I used to get ****-**** maximum but since I was leaving today the hostel they illegally said that I used the ac due to which the bill came so high. When I tried reaching to the owner Mr Bhagwan Maheswari started giving lame reasons that in his house * ac are running and the bill is high. Also, he said that in this month the bill usually comes * times higher than expected. Children come here to study and make their career but Kota people know how to extort money.
