I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing irregularities with the bus services that we have been experiencing. As discussed over the phone yesterday evening, we are facing significant inconvenience due to the lack of local bus services.

For instance, yesterday we had to spend Rs. *** for our return from Vadodara, and today the metro from Rajpipla to Kirti did not arrive, forcing us to travel via Dahod. Currently, there are around ** of us who possess local passes, yet we find ourselves incurring additional expenses, as we need to purchase express bus tickets due to the absence of local buses. Over the past ** days, we have collectively spent nearly Rs. *** due to this issue.

Furthermore, it has come to our notice that two express buses from Dahod were available at the same time, which raises concerns about the management's scheduling. A more balanced approach, with one bus directed to Dahod and one to Kirti, would greatly enhance our travel experience.

We sincerely request that you look into this matter as we continue to face inconvenience due to these irregularities and the dual expenses incurred.
