I booked two tickets from DDU to GOY on the date **/**/**** . But the train train was late for about * hours so we didn't travel and the same night when i tried to file TDR . It was saying cannot process this request try again later. So i waited till morning and then filed a TDR with the reason "Train was late for more than * hours and passengers not Travelled ".
But now when i checked the TDR status it is showing 'STATUS EDR REPUDIATE'
I am really really annoyed by irctc for this . I need my refund . This is so wrong. And i have seen so many cases like mine who do not get a refund. For a undergraduate student *K rs is a big amount. If irctc doesn't want to give a refund then why is there option of filing TDR .
