JAI STEEL FACILITATION PRIVATE LIMITED - Irctc agent id over charges on id

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a student and I applied for a part-time work opportunity by registering for an IRCTC Agent ID through a company named Jai Steel. During the registration process, the company kept charging extra fees at every step.

So far, they have taken a total amount of ₹**,*** from me. Even after paying this amount, my IRCTC Agent ID has not been properly activated. The ID does not log in on the official IRCTC website.

Now they are asking for an additional ₹*,*** for registration and activation. Since my ID is not working and they are continuously demanding more money, I believe this is unfair and possibly fraudulent.

When I requested them to cancel the ID and refund my money, they refused to provide any refund. I have complete proof of all payments and conversations.

Therefore, I kindly request you to investigate this matter and help me get my money refunded. I also request you to take necessary action against the company so that other people do not face the same problem.
