Upstox kfintech shyam metalics and energy limited - IPO Refund Not received

I applied for Shyam Metalics & Energy Ltd.
IPO through upstox app and i paid by UPI on phonepe apps AutoPay feature in which money gets block till allotment date and if you didn't got allotment it gets refunded but these time even after its allotment date passed I didn't received Refund nor I am able to view my allotment statues on IPO registrars Kprism APP, when I contact upstox they said they don't handle these issues then I contacted the registrar but they have no data of my application or anything which proves I have paid for IPO, i am not able to contact they IPO company shyam metallic which have my money and because these amount get blocked and then it gets debited there is no record of transaction of Rs. ***** debited or blocked from my account, I only have screenshots of IPO application and Phonepe UPI Mandate which shows I paid for it , please Help me with it ,its been months a I couldn't find a way to make them refund my money it all happen because of there Technical issues ( Both Upstox and Ragistrar they don't have my IPO application and bank loophole which don't register theses types of transaction
