shivshakti traders - invoice receipt not given

I have paid Rs ***** to Shivshakti traders near sangam chauraha padri bazaar on *th july **** via cheque for the work they did at my home .They built a iron door at my residence .I asked for the bill and firstly they told they will provide bill later and same excuse goes on for a more than a month.Few days back when I insisted for the bill again on *th september **** they have threatened me and not provided the bill.They threatened to harm my family and hijacked me for some time.I have attached the passbook details.firstly they had taken the check on the name company's owner name(shiv kumar singh)not on company's name.Please verify the transaction and asked them why didn't give the bill and please tell me Do I have right to get the bill for my hardly earned money which I have paid and as a common man where should I seek for help.
