Dear Sir,
We have Purchase a Sony TV from Reliance Retail Ltd - Panvel. on **th Mar ****.
TV got delivered at our residence also, but now Reliance Retails is not issuing us the Tax Invoice, due to which the Installation is not possible. When Contacted Reliance they said they want to cancel the Order. We have already Paid the Down Payment & also Done Finance on the Product.
We tried speaking to Sony Service center, but they said without Invoice we will not make the installation.
Hence Raised this complaint.
