I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with Thrillophilia company's failure to provide an invoice for the journey I made. Despite several follow-ups, I have yet to receive the necessary documentation.
This delay is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and responsibility on your part. An invoice is a legal requirement and essential for my financial records. The continued failure to provide this document is causing significant inconvenience and may lead to further action if not rectified immediately.
Every day I am sending the mail and getting revert that it would be sent by the end of the day but till now you have failed to do so. Their manager SHUBHAM is NEITHER REPLYING TO MY MESSAGES NOR ANSWERING MY CALL. WHAT KIND OF MANAGER IS THIS GUY IF HE IS UNABLE TO RESOLVE HIS CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. I HAVE SENT HIM MESSAGE YESTERDAY MORNING AND IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN ** HRS; HE HASN'T REPLIED YET.
