Bijendra Ram filed complaint against TVS company on Feb 6, 2023
I went on raj * wheelers Kurla on ** November **** to get inquiry and availability of ronin *** base variant and as per them same variant will cost me *,**,***rs on road so asked them to send quotation on WhatsApp so they did.. I do have that in screenshot and i have confirmed with everything like insurance , RTO and Accessories they quote me ******rs bike price , *****rs as RTO , *****rs as Insurance and **** as Accessories including bike cover , leg guard , saree guard .. and we finalized for ***,*** and made a deal so i paid ****rs as booking amount and rest ***,*** money i paid another day. i took my bike delivery on **th January ** . when i asked my invoice they said you will get within week . I got my invoice after ** days on email and i found bike price is *,**,***rs and insurance **,***rs , RTO **,***rs , accessories ****rs which was different than real quotation so i went to showroom for explanation they said we also included helmet price into accessories .. but as per TVS motor helmet and Welcome kit comes under ex-showroom price . even i called TVS in front of them and proved still they un-cooperated and misbehaved with me and didn't resolved my invoice concern .
