Your staff - Invoice copy not shared

I was told by your staff to pay Rs. *****.** to one of your/lic vendor towards MODT and other payments before the final disbursement of my loan from LICHFL.
Before paying I was told that I will be getting the full amount paid bill and Invoices for the amount that I am paying.
It's been * weeks and I haven't recieved any. I have my loan disbursed however I haven't received any GST paid bill copy.
They had asked me to gPay to an individual and to my suspicions I questioned however they said it's the process.
The associate who compelled me to pay is Anthony Joseph from Dadar.

Today I spoke to him he said bill nahi milega and said do what I have to do.
I think I've been cheated by paying **k towards the same.
