Sateeq Auctic Solutions Private Limited - Investment Return Not Honored

Transaction was done on **/**/**** investing in a company called Growpital for *,**,*** via Sateeq into the Harvest**% plan, as per the deal terms and conditions, I have my money locked in for ** months but I can withdraw and get my principal back after deducting any interest already paid out. On **th March ****, I asked Sateeq to return my principal amount in full since no deductions have been made, they have not provided any satisfactory response and have stopped responding to emails all together.

Second transaction was done on **/**/**** as an investment into Recode Studios, Sateeq has been sitting on my money since then and have not completed the transaction. On **th March **** I reached out to them for an update, * days later they confirmed the deal hasn't gone through and they will return my money and provide an explanation on email. Till now, I have not received any money and they have not provided a refund reference number as well. I had like to demand both my principal back along with an interest of **% due to their inaction to resolve this.
