I have been using bharatpe's **% club app from last one year. Its a peer to peer lending app where everything is done thru app and there is no paper trail. The app is linked to your mobile number and after linking the bank account linked to that mobile number and an online KYC you can start investing.
Everything was going fine until end of July when the app was updated and I could not log back in. I realised that the app was linked to my old mobile number and that number has been inactive a while now. The old number can not be accessed anymore and I explained the same to the cust services team. After a lot of back and forth, I was eventually promised on around **th of July that they can process a manual withdrawal on my account and the money will be refunded to my linked bank acc in next ** hours.
Its **th August now and no sign of my money and cust services wont call me anymore and wont even reply to my emails. Please help me !!!
