Guys Don’t even think to book a flight from this website. Totally Fake company and fake employees working here. Just be careful better you book from any other website but not from travelook.
MY AIR TICKET BOOKED THROUGH TRAVOLOOK.IN ON **.**.**** FROM HYDERABAD TO KISHANGARH VIDE REF NO REF*********. IMMEDIATLY AFTER BOOKING I GOT A CALL FROM THERE OFFICE THAT BECAUSE OF FARE DIFFERENCE TICKET COULD NOT BE CONFIRMED., THERE TRAVOLOOK WILL REFUND MY MONEY FOR RS. ****/- WITHIN ** – ** DAYS. NOW IT IS ALMOST MORE THAN *MONTH AND TILL DATE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I TRIED TO TALKED TO THERE CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THERE AND AGAIN THEY SEND EMAIL THAT MY REFUND IS PROCESSED AND WITHIN NEXT ** DAYS I WILL GET BACK THESAME.
